A timely reminder that it isn't only Christians who acknowledge the Ten Commandments. They are obviously enjoined on all 'people of the book', which includes two other major world faiths who are at war with each other despite seemingly being on the same side and believing in the same God. It's tragic, really. In many ways this is about the strongest interpretation of the 2nd Commandment you could have come up with. Photographs of people blaspheming or burning holy books would pale by comparison.

That really does make sense, though the Christian God and allah are not the same.

This is haunting. It's the only word I can think of when looking at this: haunting. And once again I applaud you on your brilliant conceptual work!

Sorry, I don't get this. What does that have to do with the picture of 9/11?

Hi, I'll try to explain my thoughts: 9/11 is explained as a "holy" act by the ones who did this. But to me it seems it has nothing to do with religion, and especially this has nothing to do with the islam, which is a pacifistic religion. With this act, the name of god is misused. It doesn't matter whose god it is.

Feel free to discuss this.

That makes sense. Their religion, even though it does have this subtext of "holy war" is being twisted and misinterpreted to suit the own needs of the taliban.

Yes, this is precisely the point.
