Rider: "Metalica sweetie, that's just thunder. It's fine. It won't hurt you so long as you don't go outside."
Metalica: "O-okay...can I stay under your wing though?"

Rider looks so much younger here. Very subtle detail, but you did it perfectly

Well I left out details such as scars her face paint and most importantly the dark circles under her eyes.
Without those she becomes a completely different person.

Rider is always a good mother to Metalica, so cute ^^

Up until Metalica hit about seven Rider was an excellent mother. Once she hit that age Rider grew more distant and stopped taking huge parts in her life. Mainly because she lost her first daughter at the age of seven and feared if she was around Metalica she would hurt her.

Yes remember that sad story about Aurora, and yet yeah, descent point, and I guess Metalica understands how her mother feels.

Metalica doesn't know about Aurora. Neither Rider or Nether Storm told her because they don't want to talk about it or bring it up.
Family members either don't know or say nothing as well so shes in the dark on the subject.
