Because messed up characters make the best stories!
Henri is the mysterious woman-hater in the very 1st page in my Straight Yaoi manga on smack jeeves: [link]
Ed is the reason he is a woman hater there... because during THAT life, Ed decided to be straight... and Henri to be male XD They have some communication issues as you can see. ^^
This would clear up some things for my poor fans there, but I won't upload it there very soon because I want to develop the main story a bit more before that...
