Well 1 thing he already had powers, that would be his claws, he got his claws from a liquid victor made, it gave him wolverines claws, metal skeleton, healing factor, as well as I'm mortality, he and diesel 10 are enemies, diesel 10 killed my ocs father when he was a boy
