I exported my model in a t pose witht he genitals and then once i have my clothes made i export my model poses and the genitals posed a way to make it more gravity and physics looking and then export that. model. In MD I just import my model as a morph targert in the same place mind you that so it doesn't mess up but once its done I do the little fixes and pulls to make it the way i want. to the pose etc.
