I posted a screenshot of my desktop on Neowin.net and someone asked for this wallpaper. This is HAL9000 from the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick. People that have seen the movie know who HAL9000 is. Enjoy

H.A.L gets a bad rap though while i have yet to read the book i did see the movie and he doesn't just start killing people randomly he has a legitimate fear (i won't go to much into it in cases someone has not seen it)i'm not saying hal was right but it is understandable for a sentient being to want to be safe
