ok, so the reds and greens are looking a bit washed out and desaturated. Try using an orange highlight in reds and you get a much warmer and richer colour overall. I'd change the green background altogether IMO - bleah. Also the blues of spidey need work as they look very flat. No light direction or shadowing from his body at all, so work on these bits.
