MEET FABIAN. Captain of the Air-Pirate Ship, the Copperhead.Fabian looks after his loyal crew, most of all his kid sister.
Periscilla and Fabian (Percy and Fay) are both extremely different, but you seldom see one without the other. Any time he has to make a deal or speak with a powerful trader, Percy is right by his side (typically making snide, unnecessary, remarks).
Fray has a bit more of a forgiving and generous heart, although he runs a tight ship. "Our momma bear" Percy calls him.
