I drew this for a good friend of mine. A big Yang fan. Not so much Neon Katt though...Been getting back into RWBY with the next season out now. I usually listen to music when I draw, so for this one I listened to "I Burn" and "Neon Rainbow" about a bijillion times.
...We're all born with a dream...

True, true. But after that "incident" (F**king Neo or Mercury should get Grimmed for that. ><) They'll either ask her to explain herself, put her in a type of "mental ward" or "house arrest" cell, or something beyond that. If you saw, the troopers surrounded her LIKE she committed murder. You never know (until today) if she's going to that prison barge or some other location.
