*Sigh* I KNOW. Every-fuckin-where I look, everybody's using Photoshop. So I says to myself, "Hey, I like to draw. I'm gonna go get that too." And I was....until I saw they were charging like 600 bucks for it.

what kinda MP3 player is it? is it like... MP3-CD? or purely internal memory MP3 player? ... becuase it really looks like a CD player to me.

Really awesome. The only thing I can think of that you should try next is a perspective experiment with the same player or another object. Like you have a great top view, and it is essentially perfect (it could use some more shading to give a rounded depth to it cause it looks flat and not 3d)
Another suggestion is the fact that it has no shadow. It would give it some more volume to have the object cast a shadow of somesort, cause right now its kinda "floating".
why not try a 3/4th perspective view? and play with the lighting on top of your player?
Good way to do that is to take a picture of your player, and use that as a resource for you to mold towards.
Just try to remember that youre trying to capture a 3d object into 2d, and you need to focus on tricking the viewer into believing what youre seeing is a believable object. Taking things into considering like lighting, shading, and texturing is key.
