"Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality." -Edgar Allan PoeAnother installment for OMEN which is a multi-artist show with my good friend Devin Fransisco. I wanted to work more with Devin on some of the paintings for the show, but time was cut short. So this painting was somewhat inspired my his work. Title of the painting was taken from a TAPROOT song (cant remember the title of the song).
OMEN St. Paul opening reception is on December 1st 2012 at the Holy Mackerel Tattoo and Piercing studios. Show starts at 9pm.

Okay, I'm just going to rate this super high for the stars so I don't have to bother with accurately starring it according to my others and a whole bunch of other stuff.
I really like this. A lot. There is not enough praise in the world to tell you how much I like this.
The only thing I have an issue with (just barely), is her bottom, the. . . Skirt? It just seems too unbalanced for me, but that might just be opinion/personal taste. I mean, it's sort of cut off halfway (okay, more like three fifths) from her body. And then if I'm to just not look at it like a skirt, she seems like she's floating. Which, I guess isn't necessarily a bad thing.
I really dig this style, and you really did everything perfect.
