Description
"Anything new is always considered the devil's tool." -Rip TornHere's a little project I've been toying with for a few months. I finally decided to finish it, in hopes to bring back my motivation. I hate dry spells. Even with half a sketch book full of final sketches, it's difficult sometimes to just sit down and start busting them out.
Anyways, enjoy.
11 inches x 16 inches on 140 lbs. coldpress watercolor paper
watercolor / pen and ink / pastel markers / graphite

this is amazing. i really like how you controlled the water colors. sometimes they have a mind of their own. you have a nice clean edge on one side and the watered out "bleed" look on the other.
i dig it.

Thank you! I do use alot of dry wash techniques to better control the water, and this piece you can really tell.

ITs not easy. You kinda just gotta do it, trial and error style. Thats how i learned. Find out what works best for YOU, instead of how a book says it should be done. I have faith in you. Everyone says watercolors are so difficult, they"re really not. They're FUN!
