All in all, a very good piece! I really love your style. Sorry if this come of a little negative, but it's my first critique. I'll try to do my best! I think you splattered the water color a little to much, but you pulled it off with there being so many characters in the piece. The masks seem painted on, and with the tails of there masks blowing around, it seems a little strange. With that said I'll start with each turtle from top to bottom. Leo's left hand seem a little twisted, and his right arm looks good, but seems unconnected to his body. His chest seems a little 2D also. Mikey is probably the best, he looks great all the way around. The only thing is the right side of his jaw. Invert that point, and it's perfect. Don looks good, but his right forearm should be going over his left instead of under. And finally Raph. I love how you made his skull jawless, it gives him character. His shoulder and bicep look a little awkward though. His shoulder seems a little small, and with his ribs showing, I think a collar bone would have helped out a lot. As for the bicep, it should be more of a side view instead of a straight on, his wrist seems unnaturally twisted because of it. As I said above it's my first critique, and I hope I did your piece justice. Amazing work!

this is bad ass. you took your style and added it to some iconic characters. the color palette works so well with this piece. not to much and just the right tones. ill finish this comment by adding that the composition works as well.
