Friday, I made the templates.Saturday I sculpted the armor. ( 15 hours worth )
Sunday I cast the parts and buffed them out.
and that was my weekend.
I had to interpret the armor a bit due to time restraints.

I understand somewhat of steps 1 and 2, it's just 3 that I'm a little sketchy about. Did you cut out some sculpy clay and shape them into the ingravements and smoothΒ themΒ down on the base?

Hi, I sculpted them in sculpy but casted them in resin. they are pretty light.

Probably better question is that I want to know how do you get the pieces to curve? Do you bend/mold the pieces and then cast them? What's the process?

I loves them! Sigh... if i could cosplay as a female Ezio I would, and I would buy these from you! lol sadly the costume I was looking at is on milanoo and i dont think the price has reduced, these armor plates look much better then the ones on the costume. Very good job!!!!
