Inspired by my Cloud and Birthday Girl pics, I wanted to play around and make another naked super hero.Dr. Elizabeth Lent was a chemist working for a major soap manufacturer developing new formulas for hyper-concentrated cleaning products. A lab accident imbued her with the power to generate seemingly infinite amounts of soap bubbles. She now uses these unlikely powers as the heroine Ebullient. She insists on that name, despite the media insisting on calling her "Bubble Girl."
Powers
Ebullient generates a seemingly endless supply of soap bubbles. She can fill a whole room with suds in minutes. She can generate a dense stream of bubbles as powerful as a fire hose, and she's used this to put out fires on several occasions. She can make surfaces incredibly slippery, a technique she's use a lot of times to apprehend criminals. She also uses this as a method of travel, surfing along a trail of bubbles.
Her only real weakness is against water. If she gets immersed or splashed with a large amount of water her covering of bubbles will be washed away and it will take her several minutes for her powers to reactivate.

I'm guessing the suds are produced from the pours in her skin. So the more skin she shows, the more suds she can produce.

Not to be all "grammar nazi", but the word you were looking for was "imbued" not "imbibed". "Imbibed" involves drinking, as in "She imbibed the spirit".
