One of the new characters in the upcoming Shantae game and possibly my favorite (though I love them all, especially the zombie one. Totally not a character I know and completely original XD)All the girls are cute, but that's nothing new for the Shantae series, literally almost every female has some cuteness to them. Even Risky Boots.

No matter how cute the girls get in the games, Shantae has and will always be my main Bae. And if I beg to the universe enough times, She'll be my new Main in Mash Ultimate if she becomes DLC soon.

I mean, it's not that bad, but So many fighters to choose from, and I can only hope Shantae will be a fighter in the game eventually.

I've seen a lot of people begging for her to be in. I do understand though. Shantae does deserve more acknowledgement (wish they had a limit to the number of characters from a specific series. Mario gets a lot of its iconic characters, yet Sonic and Megaman are solo and have no other characters. And most of them are given small cameos or made into spirits, which I thought was cheap)

Yeah, its sad honestly. I'll be honest for a second, I was really hoping for there to be a Shantae Easter Egg in one of the many different Nintendo titles for the switch, just to fuel the dying fire that is Shantae's Fanbase, and maybe give her some special gear in the next game she's in that comes from other Big nintendo games, just to see if old shantae fans (even new ones) will notice.

I swear, some people don't like her for the fact that she's somehow 'irrelevant'. I would like to say that is the opposite and they need to wash their mouths with soap for saying such. If anything, Shantae being Half Genie would fit very well in a few other series' canons if worked in well and adjusted to fit in said alternate canon.

I really thing that is a stupid thing to say about a character. This same poor argument could be used for many other characters.
