Working on my next comic, needed a Thunderlane in cadet uniform. But I couldn't find any existing ones. So here ya go.Cutie mark by ~Chiramii-chan

Mmm yes, this was indeed one of the only two vectors I saw of him in his cadet uniform! As you said the goggle lens needs a bit of work and the uniform's colors needed to be brightened a notch, but from what I see, the rest looks very good!
~ For his uniform, I used the same colors used on the Wonderbolt suits used by Spitfire and Soarin' as defined in the 's color guide (#3EAEE8 for the blue and #FFFF8B for the yellow, with #467FE1 for the outline). I believe the outline of the cadet uniform from the Wonderbolts Academy episode is darker than it is on the actual Wonderbolt suits, but I left it for the sake of neatness since I'm terribad at picking new colors myself 
~ Unless otherwise shown in the show, both his left legs and left wing should use a "shadowed" color of his coat; the one I used from the above color guide has a hex code of #4D4D4D.
~ Now the fun part: the goggles. As one that normally relies on separate color references, and since there were no such references for his goggles outside of the show, it was a lot of guessing and making up when I did the goggles on my vector! To be honest, I don't know if my method is even that accurate 
~ ~ My goggles used one object for the entire lens area and two for reflections; the main lens object used a very light gray color (close to white, but not white) at 50% opacity, while the darker reflections (ex. the darker curve shape used in yours) used a more solid gray similar to his coat color at 34% opacity.
~ ~ Since under the goggle lens is his coat color rather than the white of his eyes in your vector, I'd recommend layering the darker reflections over the main lens object, otherwise the reflections will blend in too much.
