I don't know what screwattack is or why people keep brining it up, but if it's an American made show then you can bet your ass that superman would win.

It's an online website which is famous for it's 'Death Battle' videos, in which characters from movies/games/animated series duke it out with one emerging the winner over the other. The victors are selected by comparing and contrasting the combatants strengths, flaws and equipment to determine who wins. They did a Superman vs. Goku video a while ago which is why it keeps getting referenced.

Superman and Goku teaming up. So much better than all the vs crap. People say screwattack's death battle answered everything. It did nothing at all. Really was one of the third worst death battles I've seen them do.

Doesn't matter. You try lifting 40 pounds with your body, then wear 10 pound weights on each of your wrists and ankles. Note the actual difference.

It does matter, being able to lift weight is completely different to punching and kicking with weight. Thats the reason you cann't get very heavy ankle weights and this is coming from experience.

Do you even know what training really does? It increases SKILL. The Japanese concept of strength (in Taoism) Is your skill at controlling your Chi. Chi=Ki.
Unless Dragonball has people gaining planet-killing-lasers from lifting weights. (It does)

Training can be more physical than mental and vice versa, what im saying is the only way superman should be able to become more powerful to get an extra source. Im sorry that I've said some stuff you dont like superman, im going to stop right here.
