Perry the Platypus, making the best of a difficult situation, find himself trapped in a high chair and facing a kid on a pogo stick. Fortunately he is able to resolve the standoff - and still maintain his dignity. Not everyone can defeat evil while trapped in a high chair!This is taken from the Phineas and Ferb episode "Knot My Problem".
