Dr. Doofenshmirtz finally succeeded! In a horrifying moment, Perry the Platypus is shot by all of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's inators at once and vanishes. This occurs in the Phineas and Ferb season 3 finale, "Where's Perry?"

The actual episode is not out yet; this is taken from the promo that has been running on the Disney Channel. (I think the show will debut later this month) There's never been a Phineas and Ferb cliffhanger before, and there's certainly never been anything like this. The show was originally entitled "Word Without a Platypus", which is a scary thing indeed. What would the Tri-State area be without Perry?

All I can say is that if P&F gets cancelled before Season 4 begins and this is the end of the show, I will not be happy. I know the odds of that happening aren't great, but it has happened before (take the show "V" as an example).
