i have windows 7 and windows dev both installed but
i have problem in win 7 the aero is not enabled while
in the windows dev the aero run smoothly and well running

haven't experienced that since I last dual boot my win7 and 8.. I'm afraid I can't answer ur question right now most especially now that I made my PC dedicated to WDP but you can visit windev forums.

what's the error message? did you dual boot it with W7 or you use it as main OS?

Error is this that setup.exe could not find a file. Setup stops when reached 48%. What is dual boot? I started the setup from boot menu. I have W7.

re-download in torrent site, make sure you have uTorrent or BitTorrent

ur using 2 OS, wherein you will choose which one to boot when ur PC loads up.. where did you get the download link? did you try to re-download it [link]
