The status bar on the bottom is done through "CyanogenMod Settings" under "Tablet Tweaks".
As for the clock, here is the XDA page with a few different styles...[link]
What I did was install the clock, then download a few skin packs from the Market (it'll ask you before adding clock to homescreen) The skin in the SS is modern Dark.
