I've got to say, you've inspired me to redo my power ranger cosplay in this style. What materials did you use for the armor? And how did you get certain pieces to stick to the suit?

The sword is about a foot wide and 5 1/2 foot long. It's quite a massive sword... lol. I'm currently working on version 2 of this suit for a customer.

I really Only used EVA Foam for the Armor and Fiberglass and Bondo for the Helmet. You can Purchase everything I used at Home depot.
