Some weird things happened with the colors in this picture. Also I still can't draw people... or robots, for that matter.

Aaaah awesome! I like how the colors are most definitely IZ colors, and it looks like you translated Chell to IZ's style pretty well! Zim looks great, of course, and Blue definitely looks really good, especially for your first attempt. (I haven't even tried to draw him and Orange yet. >__>;; )
My one complaint here is that Chell looks like she's trying to kick someone rather than trying to run after Blue. I think the main problem is that the top half of her body is leaned back, while her legs are forward. If she was leaned forward a bit more, you'd definitely get that running effect. Running poses definitely aren't easy, though, but I think you're starting to get there. She does look like she's in motion, which is good.

Yeah I was really struggling with her pose, and I know it never turned out correct :/
