I would think it would be a inevitable progression of upgrades, after all what's the use of having one bionic arm when you could upgrade the rest of you for symmetry as much as possible.Β Look at the rest of him after 20 years.Β But we'll find out more in that story eventually.Β We did get interrupted by Raph storming out of the compound.
