I think you should keep the colour as it is. It looks more natural, but still grotesque. Like... all the blood vesels and muscles have shifted and ruptered, makes it look bruised and swollen. Perfect! ^-^

Yeah. What other colours did you try? I never used photoshop too much, but I just a computer graphics course and we're gonna be doing a lot of photomanipulation such as this piture in it and things like that. Hehe. I'm hoping I'll learn some good stuff from it. Could you give me some tips maybe?

Ah yeah, I was thinking blues or reds. Maybe some dead looking greys? Hahah thanks. Now, I'm not quite sure what to ask for help on. Everything I suppose haha! I've only meddled with photoshop a couple of times,so I'm pretty shabby. Know a lot of the features and tools (I think) just not too good at implementing em
How many pixels per inch do you work out for printing and web? I was told to use 72 for web publishing and 330 for printing things if I remeber correctly...
Ciao, Psychotron.

that should be about right. most monitors only use 72 and for print 330 should be more than sufficient.

Had my first go fiddling around with a Wacom tablet today. Suffice to say, I wasn't too good. I think I'll stick to paint, pen and pencil for now haha!

Ooh, very intriguing. o.O
It's pretty cool how it's almost like... we don't know where things start and end. The stance is awesome and the creature itself is pretty interesting. I like how the reflection adds depth overall, too.
Good luck with the contest.
