Well, the whole scene is based off of a Tumblr event involving highglossfinish and bruiser-buddy-breakdown. Shortly after Team Prime takes control of the Nemisis, Knock Out and Breakdown are taken into custody and held for questioning for a few days. They both had their personal datapads sub-spaced, and were using them to communicate with their Tumblr audience for a while, until the frequent outgoing transmissions alerted the Autobots. Prime confiscated Knock Out's datapad, and Breakdown opted to snap his own in half, rather then let Optimus seize it.

I know the Autobot code by heart, but the language of the Prime's, and the Decepticon code, is something I still need to teach myself...
Great art piece! The idea is brilliant, and the comedy is ace! I first though Optimus was asking Knockout if he wanted a cup of Tea to make him stop asking questions XD Which was as funny as what you meant to communicate though this piece XD In addition all characters are well drawn, and the predicament both Knockout and Breakdown have found themselves in is rather interesting. It is coloured with watercolour is it not? c:

I'm flattered, blushing! I know the aurabesh by heart, but I had to keep using references for Knock Out's little verbal explosion. This was actually colored in....ready?.......Sharpie. And some grayscale Prismacolor markers I have.

Nope, I don't use Tumbler and don't have an account there (plus I didn't know you had it there til you mentioned it just now).Β I used the Cyberglyphs translation I have posted in my gallery, actually.Β I also have the Autobot and Decepticon glyphs from G1 in there too.
