Yes, I am a Captain Hook fangirl (Fox's Peter Pan and the Pirates version, original novel and script play version, recent movie version... NOT Disney version. Never Disney version. This picture is of the Fox version, for those who don't recognize it). I even have a Mary Sue for him, a picture of which will be making its appearance here within the next few days. But anyway, lately I've noticed that there have been lots of thoughtful or angsty Hook pictures, several gentleman Hook pictures, a number of romantic Hook pictures, a few funny Hook pictures, and even a couple My Little Hook pictures. All of these are fitting for this incredibly multifaceted character (well, except maybe the My Little Hook ones), but I felt the world needed more pictures of that side of Hook that really gets us fangirls squeeling (well, me, anyway): the psychotic, murderous, unstoppable force of nature Hook. Beyond that, this is also something of a teaser for an upcoming scene in my fic, Where Dreams Come True (yes, I still work on that from time to time). Nightmares! Weee! Guess who the little eyes are in the background! The green teeth should be obvious.

I am incredibly proud of this. Probably the best computer-completed color-and-ink job I've ever done. Penciled by hand, inked and colored in Photoshop 7, completed 2004 (just a couple of days ago, actually).
