I'm gonna get a little nerdy here and point out that it's Spider-Man, with a hyphen. Other than the nitpick, this is pretty cool.

Ooh, I love your multi-layered background that tells a story! The laundry line above and details like the rain dripping onto the dumpster really add flair and atmosphere. I like the little cloud-like way of drawing the Spider Sense, too. I think that guy with the gun is about to have more trouble than he can handle.
