Beta version of the Map of the Internet. This is definitely not the final version, incredible amount of websites and software companies are not on the map and will be incorporated in later updates.
Map of the Internet - First of its kind on such a scale, this map aims for succesful compendation of The Internet to scale suitable for standartized online navigation. This project is still underway, new versions of this map will be available in ulterior months.
Due to the immense size of the Net, only a miniscule portion of it was chosen to represent it on the map. Otherwise, this map would be unreadable and probably undrawable in entire lifespan of average human being.
This poster includes one full map of the internet, 4 minimaps showcasing NSA surveillance, most used social networks, most used internet browser, and worldwide internet penetration, list of Alexa Top 500 websites, quick timeline of the Internet History, top software companies and much more!

actually, i would just give away the ruhr area to the dutch ... dont need it anyway
i doubt the water in the german sea would be that warm. with a sea level that high and the sinking salt contend of the water, the north atlantic/gulf stream would cease to exist and cool down europe. actually after the climate change europe will have almost the same temp as before, while the rest of the world is being cooked (and russia becomes fertile)

Didn´t some scientists even say, when the Gulfstream stops, there will be a new ice age?
Pf, the Dutch may not get the industrial heart of Germany They can have Friesland..ups it´s sunken too XD At least Bavaria has no problems, except refugees maybe.

Haha, at least the rest, we have already many Prussians here^^ München get´s so many inland-immigrants, that many say the bavarian dialect in Munich will die out, only Stichwörter will survive.

Thank you! Maybe you are right with that Dutch thing. And, yes, Paris would be infortunately sunken about 60 m under the sea. Although, in this map, people from Paris move to the unflooded south and refounded Paris as Paris Nouveau.

Yeah, Slovakia, Tyrol and Czech republic were practically not affected as well.
Bad for Turkey is, that Istanbul is almost entirely sunken under sea in this map and people had to refound it.

At least there's still a lot of inland territory to fall back on.

Looks good! I like the idea behind the Netherlands and Denmark, though I hope this will not happen soon...

Thank you! Maybe rising sea level will be not major 21.st century problem, but there is also one important thing, and that is methane locked in permafrost. Methane is very strong greenhouse gas, and faster melting of permafrost leads to releasing more and more methane, what leads to faster and faster global warming and that leads to faster and faster melting of permafrost and releasing of even more methane, until practically all methane is released from permafrost. This may escalate global warming to unknown extent. But, who knows?
