We had natural light, so it would have been messed up.

I saw the flash reflection on the glass. You can't possibly fool me.
You don't need a flashgun, just the built in will do, 1 sec + flash. It works well.

I know, but there was natural light from behind the backdrop. I had to set up in a kitchen so the window had light coming in.
I have studio light set up, about 3 lights running.

there was no on-camera flash, I synced my camera to the studio lights.
I just had a huge fucking light box on the light head.
