Description
Right, what have we here?A guy with a saw and an axe at the edge of a field looking upon a windfarm. It is quite clear what is going on... or is it?
Scenario "The Farmer":
The man is in fact a farmer, the owner of the field, and is looking towards the windmills at the end of his working day. He is thinking about how in the past this was all flat farmland and is wondering what else the future may bring ...
Scenario "The Damager":
What most people I asked prior to uploading said, the guy is an angry hooligan who decided to take the mills down ...
Scenario "The Engineer":
The Windmills just started turning for the first time. The Engineer gathers some tools which the construction workers left behind and takes a last proud look at his building.
Let me know what you think the picture is of? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to for modelling

I didn't particularly enjoy this piece as i thought i would have when i saw the thumbs.
A few reasons to them with some solutions of course.
What's that glow around the dude's head? it makes it look like you tried a hdr on that, and left a strange highlight around his head. extremely weird i think. might be good to clear that one up since it looks too unnatural to be there.
If you'll notice to the left of the saw handle, there's this weird thing poking out of the border. Now that's admittedly, rather sloppy! Be careful what gets in the way of your picture and crop it out when you can to avoid confusion and distraction from the main subject! Even a small branch can take the attention away immediately.
The axe and saw were an interesting idea to add value to the picture no doubt. However, the foreground seems too dark compared to the lightness of the background. Sure, I didn't mind the clouds, the windmill and the lovely hue, but the foreground needs to be mildly lit up at least, to create a better well-rounded composed picture. Throw a bit of flash and that'll do!

I think it's somebody that takes down trees as a living and now that he sees the windmills he feels bad about what he does.

Very nice, though my take would be the farmer wondering if he still has a place amongst the new technology.

As for me.. I would go for the 3rd version 'Engineer'.. the setting sun brings romanticism to the picture, and the state of the guy is rather proud than vicious, no matter he is holding an axe. I like the colours btw

You've got a delightfully imaginative mind to spin stories with you're pictures! Good shot too!
