my friend built one. but it was like half the size of a real one. Came up to my shoulder, and only one door opened. I climbed inside it one day. then couldn't get out. Most certainly not bigger on the inside. they had to take off the top. That was an interesting day.

Yeah, being a major David Tennant fanboy, I was really uncertain that they could find an appropriate replacement, but I'd say that it was that whole scene that really sold me. When he finished his speech, I could barely keep myself from bursting into applause. XD
It was also a pretty crowning moment for Moffat, since this was his chance to show that he could be the head writer for Dr. Who, and that whole speech just really summarized how well he succeeded.
... I think what I'm trying to say was that it was freaking awesome. ^_^

Hahahaha! yeah, i am massively in love with Tennant(and rightly so), and i was unsure of how Matt would go, but i stayed positive. I told my friends not to criticise and that he would be great (though I had my doubts). I am glad he didn't make a liar of me.
I would have preferred that he hadn't of left, but if anyone to replace him, it'd be matt every time.

Meh, yeah. It's a bit of a shame that he left, but I suppose even his character would have gotten old after a while, and Matt is continually entertaining and a fantastic actor, so he's a good fit. ^_^
