After the bath, she goes to the livingroom to see Delilah for a check up. She's definitely been working as we can see her left arm being muscular. If you ask me, she's just showing off for a very certain Dalmatian.

Needless to say that Delilah isn't impressed as much. Mainly because as a Hospital Dog, she's advised against what Flouri is down.

Delilah: Hello, Flouri. I see you're enjoying yourself as always. Paw please.

Flouri: Oh course Mrs. D. But came back from the park after a little training here and there and thought "I'll see the Dalmatians" and maybe a certain Dalmatian as well. After all, this vixen is all tough.
