Either Georgette got hit for a Toon Storm. A certain Toon Dog of mine has messed around with her. Or she ate something rather strange. Because she seems to possess a toony facial change, as well as having a change of personality. Being silly and all that is Comically Toony. Imagine the reaction her admirers, especially Tito, are showing right now.
