The 16 students gathered on Jabberwock's central island. The bear had summoned them, and they dare not argue. They slowly shuffled in slowly but surely.

"What is the purpose of this gathering?" Bellowed Byukuya. He pointed a finger at the bear with his finger. "We've gathered, now we'd like an explanation.

"Phuphuphu" The bear chuckled. "As you know, this school trip is now a killing game! However, it's taking you brats too long to kill each other. So in order to speed things up, I've come up with a motive!"

"A motive? What in tarnation do ya mean?" A confused Teruteru called out.

"You can do whatever you want, but we won't kill each other!" Sonia declared.

"A bold statement indeed!" Monokuma said, his response dripping with sarcasm. He paused for effect.

"Well?" Mahiru broke the silence.

"Animals!" A silence fell upon the crowd.

"What do you mean animals?" Hajime, hoping for an elaboration. The motive didn't seem too bad.

"Phuphuphu!" Over the next three days, I'll start changing you... no half of you into animals. That way the transformation process won't prevent everyone from killing. If there isn't a murder in three days, the transformation will become permanent. If one does, you'll revert back to your human selves."

"And how pray tell, do you plan on casting such a powerful spell. You do not seem like such a powerful spellcaster!" Gundham expressed his doubt.

"I have my ways! Don't you worry your pretty little head!"

"W-w-who's transforming?" Mikan stuttered out.

"Hmm, an excellent question! Considering how you guys are already divided equally, I think I'll transform the girls!" Monokuma let out one last laugh before disappearing before any more questions could be asked.

"Did he say something about transforming into animals? I wasn't really listening." Akane said, looking around.

"He did indeed, but I don't know how he'll follow through on that threat. After all, such a thing shouldn't be possible, right? Nagito wondered out loud, talking to no one in particular.

Heyo, it's finally here! The results of that Danganronpa questionnaire I shoved down your throats about a year ago. Apologies if your choice didn't make it, but I went with majority rules.

My original plan was four mid-transformation pictures of two girls each. But since my love for Danganronpa is so strong, I decided to go bigger, but work it in a way were people aren't waiting even longer. So here's the current plan:

-Each girl has been assigned an animal based on the poll result. This transformation has been divided into eight stages. This allows a picture of each pairing, plus one individual shot. Yes, my master plan is 8, 8 part sequences intertwined with each other. This makes sense, I swear I have it sorted in a spreadsheet.

-Because it's such a big thing, I'll do it in spurts of four. This way if either I or the artist needs a break or no longer wants to continue the project, stopping won't effect too much. You'll still have a bunch of amazing transformation pieces to enjoy. I said sequence earlier, but this is more of an anthology than anything.

-The first round of four has each pair in a different stage of their transformation. Some just starting, some mid, and some almost done. For those who would prefer them to be more transformed, don't worry, there's a plan for it.

If anyone has any questions, reach out and I'll try to answer the best I can. But all you have to do is sit back and enjoy. Coming the next four Mondays! Gunna be a fun, albeit an expensive ride.
