I don't know why I chose Elephant for Willow to be honest. No animal really spoke to me when I started to think about her transformation. I decided on Elephant because who doesn't love a good elephant TF. Totally underused. As for the title, well The Whomping Willow is a tree from the Harry Potter franchise, but as soon as that entered my head, it was hard to think of anything else. Elephants whomp, do they not?
I guess these aren't technically hiatus posts anymore, as S3 part one is out as of posting this. I thought that it was very well done, and worth the wait. I enjoy the updated designs of the characters, and this might reflect on future Owl House related commissions.
