I figured the last octopus girl I drew a while ago didn't do the species justice. This one is much more similar to the scale of some of my nagas, quite a bit larger than my octopus girls were before.Species Info
The Olipheranth species is often seen frequenting beaches of Nauca's northern shore, they usually beach to steal food and towels from those relaxing there. Their charming demeanor and harmless appearance hides a voracous appetite and lust for fabric that cannot be sated until a beach towel is in their clutches. Their tentacles are highly sensitive to touch, and an independent study shows that the reason they steal so many towels is becuase the rougher texture commonly found in beach towels is particularly attractive to them. Swimsuits are of no interest to the Olipheranth, the male of which is more commonly spotted eating birds atop bouys in bays along the continent of Nauca's northern ports. An adult Olipheranth can grow to be up to five meters long, and eats 3/4ths of it's body weight in one day. Don't leave your lunch unatended while swimming!

Some lizards can change colors too, my iguana, Scooter Pie, would always change color when in the tub. She would turn a dark brown to mathc the bottom of a lake or something.
