SPOILERS FOR SEASON 4So, for those of you who haven't seen it, there's apparently this deleted scene in the end of Season 4 where Ten gives TenII a chunk of the TARDIS and tells him to "grow your own."

I am kindof glad that this wasn't included in the final version of the show, but at the same time, I'm REALLY glad it exists for the fans - the idea of TenII growing a TARDIS is too adorable.
I also like to imagine him attempting to get the chameleon circuit stuck as a police box, landing it on streets in the UK in the 60s and trying to get it to stick. Who knows if Pete's universe even has them. Maybe the closest he'll get is one of those red telephone booths....

this is an oddly adorable idea... possibly because it seems rather domestic. Poor doctor, I hope he lives long enough to go back into space ^_^

I love domestic TenII! I kindof feel like we were constantly given indications of how this was gonna end for him: him eating christmas dinner with the family in his first episode when 9 couldn't even stay in the house for long, how quick he was to accept the slow path with Reinette, the whole John Smith thing, the jokes about getting a mortgage - he was so touchy-feely!
Honestly, part of me doesn't want him to have to have the responsibility of being able to travel time and space...but then I dont want him without his TARDIS either...its a tough call.....

Love this! The pose is great, I love how he has other plants, like the basil, in the picture, and the fact that he's very recognizable without you even having to draw the whole suit.

Aw thank you! Yeah I like the idea of ten getting a little more slouchy as a human, without a TARDIS to take care of him. I never want to draw him in the full 10 suit for some reason....

The title is 'Four and a Half Doctors,' it's got the original 10, as well as Five, Eight, 11, Romana, Turlough, and 10.2 and Rose. One of the major plot points is that they've managed to grow a still immature TARDIS that's powered by the AU Torchwood's rift generator.
I will warn you, the original 10 in this is very very dark (through no fault of his own, I might add), and it's definitely an adult story (with suggestions of slash between Five/Turlough) and attempted non-con. However, I really liked the way the rest of them work together to heal 10, even after he attacks Turlough.

I really do love the idea that Ten and Rose explore the universe in the parallel universe with their own TARDIS... and as for trying to get it stuck as a police box, I can imagine him getting it as a police box, then just yanking out the necessary parts of the chameleon circuit
