Great concept. Very smooth and interesting. Although its hard to see "frog" in the design. The teeth, I know are a big part of the design, but I've recently realized that adding traits that aren't original to a creature can conceal the ones that are. Maybe if the monsters throat was a slightly different hue it could be interpreted as a male frogs vocal sack that swells. Or maybe if it had the strange eyes or texture of a frog. But then it wouldn't need such large teethe at all.
