This should have been the first form of Palpal but I think I might throw the idea of different forms over board and just make multiple characters cause this sweety looks just too good.
Yep, bipedal cause of the griffian hype but like all my other pahleps Dart mainly walks on four legs.
He is based on a blue poison dart frog (germ. translation of this species is "blue tree climber", that´s why I added some twigs and leaves
