They'd both denied it for far too long... Tonight they gave in... Snuggling simply wasn't good enough, they both needed more... She needed to make his leg twitch and his tail wag, likewise he needed to make her purr loud enough to wake up the hyperactive and normally heavily sleeping hamster... Rubbing his chest and belly with a declawed paw at first elicted a pleasured whine from the small white dog but eventually got the desired reactions... In the same way running one of his large paws down her back gently brushing the fur on her back with his claws she let out a gasp of surprise before a long and loud purr began to escape her... As they continued this practice they both came to the same realization... "Love is a funny thing" they both mused loud enough for the other to hear. They exchanged love confessions and fell asleep still cuddling...
