Design 1 was supposed to be the front view, but think I didn't get it quite right, so I gave it another try. I think I got it right this time.She's such a serious girl, isn't she?

I don't think there was anything necessarily wrong with the first, but then I'm not an artist. I think they're just different. The first was a much more inquisitive expression. This seems much more serious and focused, as you said.

Well, the thing is that in the first one, the head was slightly tilted to one side. This one is a full frontal view, which was my original intention.
