Description
Delta Blue was Cammy's own Special Forces team, consisting of her, Juni, Juli, Abel and Ginzu. They appeared for the first, last and only time in the comic miniseries Street Fighter Legends: Cammy by Studio Udon in 2016. In that story, both Juni and Cammy fall under Shadaloo's mind control again, and no, Cammy doesn't actually win any fights there, either. They do eventually break free, but Bison comes back to life. This was before A Shadow Falls in the games.

Shortly afterwards, Juni disappeared and Cammy is supposed to have gone looking for her. This was apparently done to justify her absence from Street Fighter 3, which was next in continuity. However, Udon completely dropped that plotline, and although Cammy did eventually come back, Juni has never been mentioned again and it's likely we'll never find out what happened to her as UDON no longer publishes a regular series or miniseries, only one-shots. One would think Udon could have addressed Juni's disappearance in the Street Fighter Masters: Cammy one-shot, but apparently they had other ideas, like making half that comic about Juri and Viper instead.

Well, I'm ruling that Cammy did rescue Juni from whatever predicament she was in, and the two have been having a passionate romance behind the scenes of whatever is going on in the comics since. I have no proof, but I also have no doubt.
