I can't imagine what it must be like growing up without any free will. Also spare a thought for the poor dolls. They're in the same boat.

She does seem to have developed a bond of sorts with the dolls. She thinks of them as her sisters. In her Alpha 3 ending, she was willing to sacrifice her life to save them. This is one of the reasons I love her so much: she's the only SF character who has been willing to give her life to save someone else.

Vega was the one who took her out of the Shadaloo base and left her, i think, outside a British embassy. It seems Col. Wolfman found her there and took her in. She had amnesia at the time.
