A random piccy of Lissa.When she's not being Gladiatrix, she would maintain her fitness by doing kick-boxing exercises. I'm actually doing some boxing myself to stay in shape. Best way to build those muscles.
I'm also thinking of creating a male hero, coz I have a horrible tendency to draw only girls (for obvious reasons) and it's high time I drew a guy for once. Just....designing him, is the problem

Also do the multiple colors on her gloves mean anything? I assume they represent a nations flag (italy?) is she from Italy or is it supposed to represent Rome since she's a Gladiator?

Yep. She's Italian, and the colours on the gloves derive from the Italian flag (just to poke her at heritage).

It's good to give her a hobby or interest. It adds a lot more depth and character.
