So the origional mp4. file is much smoother and bigger but i had to convert it to a gif to upload wich sucks >.>I have been working on and off on this bugger latley and i quite like how its turning out

Within photoshop, there's an animation option that lets you draw frame by frame, hit "save for web and devices" and tadaa gif

I have been working on a little dog animation recently... but it is nothing compared to this XDDD my little dog just walks and picks up a banner and unfolds it... XD
