At first I thought this was a digital painting, then I saw that it was categorized as traditional. I hate to say it, but that shocked me a bit. Most of the painters I know tend to stick to a very obviously traditional looking painting style.

I think its because I mix the mediums. I'm gonna start categorizing these as mixed media, because I do some heavy retouch on all my work to give it a digital feel. Or maybe I'll just say they are digital, I don't know. Anyways, lets just say the base work is oils with PS enhancements. At the end of the day, whatever I can do to make my work the best it can be or make is stand out from everything else is the technique(s) I'm gonna use. Hope I don't confuse too many people in the meantime. Thanks for the comments!

I think Mixed Media is the best one to go with. I'd only select digital if it was wholly done on the computer.

man this is too perfect, you did a great job on the underwater effect and that seal is adorable, it be nice if you included some more seals on some rocks with some Varied expresioions at least thats what im picturing in my head. Still Awesome
