The pose and lean is so perfect. My reaction to the background is it as smog, probably elicited by my belief that cities all have smog, lol. Not sure, having little of knowledge of fashion, what era that dress has as it's inspiration, looks other centuryish, like antebellum south perhaps. Was there an underlying concept to the shot.
