Thank you, but I have to say, you are too generous. I admit, I'm a huge fan of Bosch's work and love his use of imagery to communicate his vision. Great example is the "Garden of Earthly Delights", which is also one of his most popular. For reasons I can't explain, I feel the need to incorporation obscure imagery to my some of my work, but it's nowhere as brilliant as Bosch or van Eyck.

To be honest, I didn't have an idea what to do with Envy and the deadline was around the corner, so that's what I ended up with. It seems to confuse most people and it shouldn't be that way if I had done something different. Oh well. Sorry for the insanely late response.

The being in the middle is a human. The thing inside him is the devil with an umbilical cord feeding out to rest of the demon sins. Behind the hand of the human is 1.Envy, he's pissing on a photo of Pride (I struggled with Envy). 2.Pride has the crown on the head. 3.Greed is up front with the money. 4.Angry is the three headed monster we tend to become when we get angry. 5.Gluttony is in front to the right polishing off the cake. 6.Lust is a ways behind Gluttony, where sexual acts are happening. 7.Sloth is to right of Lust where is blowing aways in the wind.

The human is looking up at God asking for forgiveness. The rain coming down is forming into the water to wash over the sins of the being. Adam & Eve are way in the back on the left below the Tree of Life, leaving the Garden of Eden.

Lust is right where you thought, with the penis and the person. The one in the back who looks like he's masturbating is Envy, but he's actually pissing on a photo of Pride. I struggled with Envy.
